The Svalbard archipelago with the main island of Spitsbergen is located about 600 kilometers north of the Norwegian North Cape. On the islands there are living more polar bears than people. Whales and walruses are found off the coasts in large numbers. Svalbard is a haven for Arctic wildlife experiences - above and under water. We offer different photo, diving and adventure tours as live-aboard trips for small groups of a maximum of just 8 to 10 clients. Further information here
Diving at icebergs is an unforgettable experience. Each Iceberg is unique in color and form. And every iceberg is melting away, slowly. The glaciers at the Sermilik Fjord in Eastern Greenland are producing large amounts of these beautiful ice sculptures, every day. But you will not only see ice but also Arctic wildlife, vast landscape and traditional Inuit culture. A dive trip to Greenland offers unforgettable impressions and is a real discovery tour. Every autumn we arrange adventure tours in Mid Norway "from the mountains to the deep sea." Diving in a crystal clear salmon river, night dives with deep-sea fishes in the fjord, wrecks, kelp forests, colorful autumn landscape and often aurora. Further information here
Every winter huge quantities of herring migrate into the fjords of northern Norway. They are followed by numerous predators, including hundreds of killer whales, humpback whales, fin whales, minke whales, sei whales and other species. For many years, we have arranged snorkel and adventure tours in the region north of Lofoten. This natural spectacle just happens during a few weeks and is probably comparable to the “Sardin Run” in South Africa. Further information here
There is hardly any other region on our planet as vast as the Russian tundra. In remote and, until today barely accessible, areas we meet incredible wildlife and overwhelmingly beautiful landscape.
But for real expeditions in Russia, you also have to bring along a good deal of pioneering spirit, because there is a lack of infrastructure and comfort in many places - but even that may make the attraction. Russia is widely undeveloped for tourists in many areas from the White Sea to Kamchatka and Siberia. Further information here
